If you would like to expedite the adoption of a CAT, please complete the pre-approval questions below. Before you fill out this form, please view our ADOPTABLE PETS page. ARC will contact you within 48 hours after submission. EVERY section must be filled out or the form will not send. Any missing info will delay your pre-approval. If you rent or do not own the property you live in, you MUST also fill out the landlord form below this form.
