Cat Surrender Forms

Owned Pet or Found Stray

There are two types of CAT surrender forms.  The first form is for cats you OWN, the second is for STRAY cats/kittens you have FOUND.  ARC will contact you within 48 hrs via email!  We cannot guarantee we will have room for your cat.  ARC cannot accept FERAL (unfriendly) cats that will not let you pet them.

Surrending an OWNED PET cat

If you wish to surrender a pet cat, please fill out the form below. We can only accept cats when room allows. Submission of this form is NOT a guarantee that we will have room for your cat. Please note, we ask for a surrender fee of $50 to help offset the cost of their care while at ARC. You MUST check your EMAIL for a response!
